Basic Mistakes That Is Important To Avoid On The Arafat’s Day

The day of Arafat is the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah. It is the day before the Eid al-Adha, also it’s symbolizes the day of the last judgment and recalls our meeting with Allah. It’s a blessed day; Allah Almighty swore by this day in the Quran because of its extreme benefits. Some pilgrims make mistakes on Arafat’s day. Here are six basic errors mention that is helpful for not committed mistakes:

First: Pilgrimage Didn’t Remember their Boundaries

Some pilgrims are stationed outside the Arafat’s limits, although they are bounded by visible signs and efforts that are being made to sensitize them. It is just because of their eagerness and their desire to leave Arafat at the earliest; they neglect this fundamental pillar.

 Second: Climb the Mountain

Some pilgrims strive to climb the hill, rubbing their bodies against rocks and pebbles for making the pilgrimage believe that they are in the circle of particular virtues. It is one of the innovations that must be avoided. Focus on correctly fulfilling the spiritual duties within Arafat’s boundaries.

Third: Spending the Day while Laughing

Many pilgrims spend their time on Arafat’s day while laughing, having fun and chatting needlessly, instead of calling Allah Almighty. It’s essential to invoking and asking for His forgiveness in this solemn place.

 Fourth: Unfollow the Rules

Some pilgrims during their invocations, leaving the Qibla behind them, whether it’s right or left. Now the Sunnah consists in placing one point, and pilgrimage consider the right place that is between the mount and the Qibla. If this is not possible because of the great affluence, then, in this case, the Sunna is to face the Qibla at the time of the invocation, even if the mountain is not in front of us.

 Fifth: Living Before Sunset

Some pilgrims leave Arafat before sunset, which is not allowed. It is the responsibility of the pilgrim not to go, Arafat, before the sun sets, following the example of the Prophet (PBUH), said while performing the rites of the pilgrimage:  “Learn from me your rites.”

Sixth: Neglecting the Talbiya

Some pilgrims rush out at Arafat day and overlook the Talbiya. All their concern is to reach Mouzdalifa as soon as possible. It is better for the pilgrim to walk with calm and dignity. Let the hasten only where it is necessary to accelerate and always consider the Talbiya on his lips.
