Booking Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, or any other service with us agrees to our terms and conditions. You must read all of them.

Please make sure your flight is confirmed at least 72 hours before take-off. In any case, tickets are neither refundable nor changeable. We do not confirm pricing until tickets are provided, under any circumstances.
We are unable to control flight delays (whether caused by weather or any other reason) or cancellations (to or from the UK) caused by the operator's failure or incapacity to execute their contractual commitments. We will assist the traveler in locating another flight. Make sure your travel insurance will cover these kinds of problems. However, you really should carefully check the invoice. Any changes to the airline tickets, hotel, or transport vouchers will be their responsibility, and they will have to pay the difference in prices.
If the company is unable to book the previously agreed-upon hotel, it reserves the right to offer an alternative. Hotel charges could potentially vary until you reserve the hotel or pay in full. Prices rely on availability.
Deposits hold seats rather than the fare. Minimise any potential fare difference (fare rise) by paying the deposit as soon as possible. You have to pay the minimum amount as a deposit to secure seats as well as prices respectively. A price's availability is a key factor.
In case of voluntary cancellation before issuance any particular era such as flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and transportation vouchers. In such case, your first deposit will be assessed a 50% administration fee per passenger.
In case of voluntary cancellation after issuance. The applicable rules advised by the airline hotels and transportation vendors will get opposed.
Baggage allowances differ by airline. Review the total baggage allowance on your ticket before you depart.
If you are unhappy with Saudi Tours services, please let us know in writing within 21 days of the event or 7 days after your trip. We highly advise you to check in two hours before a European or local flight and three hours before an international travel. Check-in normally closes one and half an hour before the flight.
The company will do its best to get you a meal, but it's not a promise that it will happen. If you haven't already, just let us know, and we'll inform the airline on your behalf.
When booking travel and lodging, the agreement/contract between the consumer and the company must be governed by English law and jurisdiction. The consumer and the service provider agree that Saudi Law and Jurisdiction will control any conflicts developing inside the KSA.
We can't help you if you break the local rules, even if you don't know it. Your travel insurance company or the British Embassy could help you.
If the applicant is not a national of the country he or she is looking for, the application must include a valid residence permit.
Please keep in mind that availability and terms and conditions define everything. Saudi Tours reserves the right to refuse service at any instant and without warning. If you tell us of your demands when you make your booking, we will try our best to fulfil them. If we are unable to offer the specified services, we will offer you still another choice.

When our clients book an ATOL-protected fight or flight-inclusive deals from us, they receive an ATOL certificate. This certificate provides direction on what these items represent, lists the protected financial items, and clarifies who to call in complaints to.
